My 2 favorite accessories from Amazon

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE Amazon!

Coming from Hawaii to Las Vegas, Amazon.com is a freaking miracle. 2 day prime shipping, plus same day 2 hour delivery to your home for groceries and house wares!!

I order from amazon way more than I should probably, but I order tools and things that help with my husband’s job as well. So, That makes it ok, right?

That is not what I’m writing about today, however!

My birthday is coming up next month and so I started looking on Amazon for new things I would like or items I have saved. I went through my orders list too and thought it would be fun to do some favorites posts.

I’m starting with my 2 favorite Amazon accessories.

Faux leather makes everything better

Obviously with the lifestyle changes I am making, faux leather is going to be a huge part of my wardrobe. Vegan leather, pleather, PU leather. All of these are slightly different and have different qualities but most important, NONE of them use animals!!

My first favorite is this faux leather belt/shirt thingie. To be honest I have no idea what this is supposed to be called and the description isn’t very helpful.

I layer this piece over crop tops or tanks fo ra little added shimmy and shake. The faux leather is a bit thin TBH but it looks great on and some of you who are a bit bolder than I am could wear this over lingerie tops, swim tops, or even bare chested.

It has a bit of a hard rock, DOM/SUB feel to it but can easily be sweetened up with more feminine flowy fabrics. This is also offered in white now!!

Rock star glam

My second favorite piece I’ve ordered from Amazon is this silver boho meets rock star necklace.

I seriously get so many compliments when I wear this necklace it’s almost creepy.

Despite how it looks, the necklace is actually fairly light and comfortable to wear. I don’t wear the matching earrings that came with it though. They make my ears itchy.

This necklace I also pair with t-shirts, crop tops and high neckline tops. I love the look of the necklace covering the collar of the shirt. It’s the easiest way to dress up jeans and a band shirt, and put the outfit immediately into glam territory.

Vintage Rock Glam?

Yeah, I don’t know exactly what you would call this thing that my personal style has been morphing into.

I will say that its been fun and strange to get rid of so many things that I have kept for years. Way too many years. Its almost like dismissing pieces of your past. And I am soooooo ready for that!

My goal is to get down to 20 pieces of clothing in my closet. Im skeptical but hopeful.

Have you done a major closet cull or style change? I’d love to hear about it! Let me know about your journey in the comments.
